PNDC Newsletter: If you sign up for the PNDC Monthly newsletter you will get ideas, stories, and tips on how to communicate non-defensively in relationships such as those involving family members, co-workers, and community organizations. You’ll also receive occasional notices about national and international events.

2. PNDC Events - San Francisco Bay Area: You can sign up for PNDC event notices in the San Francisco Bay Area where Sharon Strand Ellison lives and offers public workshops. We'll let you know about introductory & advanced workshops, PNDC practice sessions, free role-play sessions and/or other public presentations.

3. PNDC Events - Pacific Northwest: You can sign up for PNDC event notices that Sharon’s daughter Ami Atkinson and/or her son-in-law Jesse Combs offer in the Pacific Northwest. We'll let you know about parenting workshops and practice sessions, as well as other PNDC workshops they offer.
