Michael Bell

A graduate of Cornell University, Michael is a founder and principle of InPartnership Consulting. He is a core member of two national think tanks, The Fetzer Institute's "Healing the Heart of Diversity" and the "Bohmian Dialogue Research Group." He specializing in business assessments and change management strategies for both profit and non-profit organizations.

As trainer and speaker, Michael brings together his expertise as a corporate manager with his doctoral studies, which focus on "adult learning and change." A dynamic leader, with great warmth and humor, Micheal uses highly effective teaching methods to bring cutting edge information to people and organizations. He is recognized internationally in as expert in organizational development and cross cultural communication who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work with the tough issues.

Michael is an adjunct faculty member of the California Institute of Integral Studies, teaching, among others, an award winning class in "Spirituality and Social Change."
