Community Mediations

When mediations are needed among members or groups in a particular community, Sharon Ellison can work along or with a diverse team of people who are highly skilled in mediation and dealing with various kinds of community conflict.

Sharon's philosophy regarding community mediations is based on the idea that we can only create strong communities when we can bring together groups that are in conflict and have become adversaries. Sharon and other PNDC trainers believe that even groups which have a history of intense conflicts and opposing agendas can come together to create understanding and respect as a foundation for creative resolution.

Either Sharon and/or PNDC Response Team is available to come to your community and help various polarized groups (or factions within a particular group) come together to create genuine resolution of issues that may be tearing your community apart.
